The U.S. Cotton industry was in Jackson today (August 28, 2025) to show Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins some warm Mississippi hospitality and to thank Senator Hyde-Smith for her advocacy of our farmers.

National Cotton Council of America Chairman, Patrick Johnson and Staplcotn CEO, Hank Reichle discussed several topics with the Secretary including building demand for U.S. Cotton through Senator Hyde-Smith’s bill, the Buy American Cotton Act (BACA).
