In 1965, Staplcotn constructed a cotton compress and warehouse facility south of Greenwood Mississippi. This modern facility has been repeatedly expanded and is currently the largest cotton warehouse at a single location in the Mid-South. The Warehouse Division owns or leases 16 facilities in three states and has a licensed capacity in excess of 1,500,000 bales.(Click for warehouse locations)

Competitive tariffs are charged for handling and storage. The earnings from the compress and warehouses are returned to patrons at the end of each fiscal year. Warehouses are licensed and bonded to meet requirements of the Commodity Credit Corporation of the USDA.
